Privacy Policy

This policy describes the website, analytics and active enquiry form as configured on 5 August 2026.

Current website configuration

The site provides public planning information and an optional project-enquiry form. No phone or text-message service is offered through the website. Google Analytics 4 is active for site-use measurement as described below.

Cloudflare may process normal network, device, security and access information when it hosts or protects the website. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own terms and policies.

Enquiry information

The Tally form collects a name and email, city or ZIP, ADU type, existing-property description and project goal. Street address, budget, timing and further project context are optional. The form does not collect a phone number, SMS consent or file uploads.

Tally stores form responses and emails them to dkleinhello@gmail.com for operator review. The information is used to understand the request, respond where appropriate, check geographic and project fit, and identify whether a separate provider may be relevant.

When an owner requests an introduction, relevant property and project details may be shared with a separate provider so that business can decide whether and how to respond. An enquiry may remain solely with the site operator when no suitable provider is available. Information is not sold as an unrelated marketing list.

Responses are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, referral records, site operation and applicable legal or accounting needs. Owners may request access, correction or deletion by replying to an operator email received in response to the form.

Do not submit sensitive information

Do not provide government identification numbers, financial account details, payment-card information, passwords, access codes, medical information or sensitive tenant records. Initial project routing does not require them.

The site links to government, utility, licensing and commercial sources. Those websites control their own collection and privacy practices. A link does not mean this site controls or endorses their processing.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 is used to understand how the website is found and used. It may process information such as pages viewed, referring source, general engagement, approximate location, browser or device information and analytics identifiers. Google may use cookies or similar browser storage for this service under its own privacy policy.

The site uses measurement ID G-YZZPEYD6J4. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the site configuration. Analytics is used for aggregate site and acquisition reporting, not to build advertising audiences from this website.

Project-form answers, names, emails, street addresses, free-text descriptions and Tally submission identifiers are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics. When the embedded Tally form confirms a successful submission, the website sends only a generate_lead event with Tally as the method. This records that an enquiry occurred without copying its contents into analytics.

Visitors can use browser privacy controls, cookie restrictions or content blockers to limit analytics storage or requests. Blocking analytics does not prevent access to the planning content or enquiry form.

Policy changes and contact

This policy may change as the service configuration changes. The updated date will be revised. Privacy enquiries can be made by replying to an operator response or by using the project form with a privacy request in the final context field.
